Appointment in international and domestic arbitration proceedings under the main institutional rules (ICC, Swiss Rules, LCIA, etc.) and in ad hoc proceedings (incl. UNCITRAL Rules). Industry experience includes among others telecommunications, trading, construction, energy (oil and gas, electricity), infrastructure and transport, shipbuilding, engineering, pharma and life science, food and beverage.

• Sole arbitrator in a Swiss Rules arbitration (Zurich) between a Maltese company and an Italian shipbuilding company

• Sole arbitrator in an ICC arbitration (Zurich) between a US trading company and a Serbian manufacturing company

• Sole arbitrator in a Swiss Rules arbitration (Lugano) between a Swiss construction company and a Swiss real estate company

• Sole arbitrator in a Swiss Rules arbitration (Geneva) between two Swiss companies in the aircraft industry

• Sole arbitrator in a Swiss Rules arbitration (Geneva) between a French and a Chinese company in the food and beverage industry
