Daniela Franchini
Daniela has been practicing international arbitration for over 15 years, first in a leading law firm in Geneva and, since 2024, as a sole practitioner in Lugano. She acts as counsel, arbitrator and secretary to the arbitral tribunal in a multitude of arbitration proceedings, presenting numerous combinations of the major arbitral seats, substantive laws, arbitration rules, and arbitral procedures. She also provides pre-arbitration advice, assists parties in post-arbitral annulment and enforcement proceedings, and supports other arbitration practitioners in the effective management of arbitration proceedings. She works in English, French and Italian and regularly publishes and speaks on arbitration law. She is a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre and of various professional associations.

As an arbitrator, she focuses on effective case management, ensuring responsiveness and reliability.
